Kindle Fire sales are down since the holidays, which is to be expected. However, according to Amazon, the Fire is still doing very well. Amazon sold about 6 million Kindle Fires during the quarter that included the holiday season, and it looks like this quarter will see about 3 million head out of the warehouse.
While this is a significant drop from the holidays, that is no surprise, and with Amazon on pace to sell 12 million Kindle Fires this year, they will still outpace the number that many analysts thought they would have this year!
