Kindle Covers Review

A problem with digital technology these days is that everything, except TV screens, is getting smaller and smaller. When things get smaller and smaller, they get easier to misplace. Now the new Kindle may be bigger than your cell phone but it's smaller than most books.

How do you make it easier to find? You get a brightly colored Kindle cover, that's how. This may not guarantee you'll never misplace your Kindle again but it will help you find it in a hurry.

One caveat: beware that if you have a mischievous toddler at home, that bright green or orange Kindle Cover may be too attractive an object to resist and may eventually end up somewhere mommy and daddy just can't seem to locate. In this case a boring black or brown Kindle cover may be a better choice, which may suit some people better anyway. Personally, I'm tossed up between the two latter colors but there are many choices out there.

Another problem with portable digital equipment these days is that it is fragile. This alone is the reason to get a cover for your Kindle. A cover will protect the Kindle from scratches, small bumps, and daily wear and tear. I don't know about you but I like to protect my investments and this is a good way to do it.

There are many choices out there so you should be able to find one that suits your tastes. Some covers are better than others and some even have a built in light. Just remember, protecting your new Kindle is a good idea.

Happy New Year!
